Pivotal Psych Consultants (“Pivotal Psych,” “we,” “our”) operates an internal “Second Brain” productivity system that connects Notion, Make.com, and OpenAI for task management and business operations. This tool is for internal use only.
 

We do not use this system to collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient-identifiable data. All content entered into this system is limited to business planning, personal productivity, and non-clinical operational notes.
 

We may process internal data through third‑party services such as Notion, Make.com, and OpenAI solely to automate workflows and improve internal efficiency. Each service maintains its own security and privacy practices, which apply in addition to this policy.

Access to this system is restricted to authorized Pivotal Psych personnel. We do not sell, rent, or share data from this system with third parties for marketing or advertising.
