The Pivotal Psych “Second Brain” system is an internal productivity and knowledge management tool that integrates Notion, Make.com, and OpenAI. It is provided solely for use by authorized Pivotal Psych personnel.
 

This system is not a clinical tool, does not provide medical or psychological advice, and must not be used to document or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient-identifiable data. Users agree to limit their use to operational, administrative, and personal productivity content.

Pivotal Psych may modify, suspend, or discontinue this system at any time without notice. Access is a privilege tied to employment or contractual relationship and may be revoked at our discretion.

By using this system, users agree to comply with applicable laws, professional ethics standards, and all internal Pivotal Psych policies, including policies related to confidentiality and data security.

Misuse of this system may result in loss of access and other corrective actions.

Use of this system is governed by the laws and regulations applicable to Pivotal Psych’s principal place of business.
