Dr. Fleitas is a Cuban-American licensed clinical and forensic psychologist in the District of Columbia and Virginia with decades of experience in clinical assessment, consultation, performance and executive coaching, and psychotherapy. His expertise spans managing clinical professional teams, positive psychology for leadership development, post-traumatic stress and resiliance and mood disorders.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fleitas has applied his clinical insights across diverse settings—from neuropsychological private practices, federal contracting, and military psychiatric hospitals to U.S. embassies and educational institutions both domestically and internationally. He has served as an expert witness, presenting clinical findings for himself and other psychologists.

In 2006, Dr. Fleitas founded Psychological Assessment Solutions (PAS), a Washington, DC-based mental health consulting company serving metro area schools, attorneys, and family advocates by providing clinical psychologists, social workers, behavior analysts, and related therapeutic services.

He later co-founded International Diagnostic Solutions, offering mental health services and consultation to Department of State foreign service families through both on-site and virtual platforms. This work involved on-site consulting across multiple international locations, including Jordan, Qatar, and Nepal.

More recently, Dr. Fleitas has established himself as a successful behavioral health AI consultant, helping healthcare systems and organizations responsibly integrate artificial intelligence into their mental health services while maintaining clinical integrity and human-centered care.

Dr. Fleitas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Fairfield University, a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
